The Northeast Center for Trauma Recovery (NECTR) was founded in 1993 by Charles H. Rousell, MD. NECTR has evolved from a treatment center to an educational institute offering lectures, workshops and courses in the evaluation and treatment of the complex trauma disorders and dissociative disorders. NECTR's educational programs are designed for psychiatric and psychological practitioners; undergraduate, graduate, and medical school curricula; and trauma-oriented conferences.
